Toyota Prius c Reaches the Top of Edmunds.com 'Quickest Selling Cars' Chart

The 2012 Toyota Prius c features a more compact body than its sister vehicle, and is the topic of discussion today. The Prius c is a vehicle that Lake Country Toyota , serving the greater Baxter area, is having a hard time getting enough of. After a bit of research, it turns out we are not alone! In-fact, Edmunds Inside Line is reporting that the all-new Toyota hybrid stays the least amount of time on a dealership lot before being purchased

IF you are wondering just how long that might be, it is just over one week. The average time for a Prius to stay on a lot is a mere 8 days! Given the fact that the average new vehicle stays on a lot for 53 days, this is pretty remarkable. While this is great news for the environment and the wallets of drivers across the country, it's putting a lot of pressure on Toyota to meet his unexpected demand.

Currently the Prius c is currently assembled in Japan, but due to the high demand here in the US, things could change. We have heard rumors that Toyota could be preparing to move the Prius c assembly to the U.S. Certainly this would benefit both dealerships and customers across the country.

For now, Lake Country Toyota, located at 7036 Lake Forest Road in Baxter, MN, recommends that you continue to check our new Toyota inventory if you're interested in the Prius c. If you have further questions regarding a specific Toyota model, feel free to contact us at any time!
