The sales rep, Cally Kempenich, kept me up to date on the status of my new RAV4, which was much appreciated. When it arrived she did a good job explaining all the features, but it was a bit overwhelming - like drinking out of a fire hose. A 'get aquainted' sheet covering the often-used features, like cruise control and the dash cam, would help a lot. The manual has a lot of info in it and it's often difficult to find the nugget that I'm looking for.

Always a great experience with the service department and they are top tier. Only small issue I have ever had was my low tire pressure sensor was on and they couldn't just add air to clear the sensor. Otherwise they are always fast, efficient and super nice to deal with.

Bought a new RAV4, car is great but buying experience not so good. Sales person rushed and didn’t want to answer our questions about features on the vehicle and told us to just read the manual. He also failed to explain or have us sign paperwork for registration and title so over a month later and we are still waiting for plates. On top of all that they charge a $300 out of state fee in addition to the several hundred dollar documentation fee. Double dipping in my opinion. Kole Gifferson in sales and leasing was a pleasure to work with. Ron and I knew what we wanted and Kole accommodated us. He was helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. We ended up with just the car we were looking for.
My 10,000 miles service took about an hour and a half. That was a little bit longer than I had expected. I requested my car to be washed and it was not. And they also did not reset the service reminder on my dash.
My pickup had a rattle, I wasn't sure what it was, I took it in and they figured it out and fixed it.
It was a pleasure working with Cally! She was able to get me into the car I was looking for the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

I was in for an oil change/tire rotation 25,000 miles. My blower fan hasn't worked correctly since I bought it brand new so it was checked out. Determined filter was plugged and needed a new blower motor. I called 5/19/26 to see if the part was in after 2 weeks. It didn't get ordered so I go in next week to have it repaired. So I hope the repair goes well and it is covered under warranty. Nobody was able to tell my boyfriend if it would be or not.
Damaged my finish and took 3 hours for a 15 minute repair due to a problem with the previous car. I would have been fine if they bothered to advise me of the delay as they knew when I checked in, and when I asked how long it would take.
Great dealership. I knew what I wanted so that made it easier. The purchase and paperwork went very fast. We were in and out of there in just over half an hour. Love driving my new Toyota 4Runner ! !

I brought my C-HR in while still under warranty because of transmission noise. C-HR has a transmission that is a failure. They knew that and told me nothing was wrong inspite of the noise. So now I have a failed transmission in a car no one wants and I had to buy a different car. They could have done better.

I have a problem with the dash board warning lights flashing, it is intermediate so your service dept could not figure it out. I got the car back and the next morning it was right back to blinking again, signaling the car is about to self destruct unless I get it into the dealer right away. The flashing stopped about an hour and half later and then again this morning it began flashing again until I drove about an hour then it quit.

Sales manager was very much a jerk to us throughout the process even to the point of embarrassing the salesman. This put everyone, except the sales manager, in an uncomfortable position.
They were very helpful in telling how they value our trade in and informing us on the features and how to use these on the hybrid that we purchased. Our salesman Kole Gifferson was one of the most helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and non pressuring us to make a buy. Very great experience. I really appreciated Dan DeSchane taking the time to go over our trade in and answering my questions.

I bought a 2019 Toyota Truck on 3/25/26 that seemed to be a nice truck, and it is.
But, on driving it 40 miles to go home i realized that no one explain or considerate prepare the truck after it was sold. I am used to have someone show me how to run it and it had some issues that will follow:
1. clock not set
2 Key lock is low
3 floor mats bit put into truck
4 floor mats do not fit
5 Front floors not cleaned
6 2 manuals in truck but not in English
7 Phone connection not set up

I just wanted to say that Meadow did a great job for us , we had left the dealership and didn’t plan on buying the car , she continued to try and make the deal work and called us a few days later with a solution . She is new to the business but sure worked hard at answering questions and being very detail oriented .. I would recommend her in the future
Had appt 830 tues called at 330 haven’t even got in be Wed noon, called again at 330 and said have fuelmpump done not computer yet they got done about 430, got it home and peaked under trk and saw a bolt just started and not tighten to frame and the fuel fill hose clamp was never tightened too, I hope rest is good what I can’t see ,!!! And one line plastic bracket is broke where it attaches to frame, not very happy with work and when I bought the truck they put anew battery in and said they cleaned termanals and ... Read More

I've been a customer of this service department for 16 years. High quality work. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Prices not cheap but not outrageous.
I had trouble with my battery not charging, and took it in multiple times. They kept telling me nothing was wrong and sending me home. I told them the error message I was getting and they said they couldn't reproduce it in the shop. But as soon as I drove it off the lot I get the same message. They couldn't have driven the car at all or they would have seen the error message. I called the service department when I got home and left a message but they never called me back. Lake Country went "beyond" expectations in repairing my Tacoma! A misdiagnosis resulted in an update that wasn't needed but made and the needed part was installed at no additional cost to me.
Omg this deal rater thing will not activate the keyboard when I tap on it on my phone. I kept tapping the text box, then just started tapping next trying to get something to happen. Finally the text box and keyboard activated. The service at Lake County was fantastic.
The sale seemed a bit rushed But on the salesman behalf he did have a sick dog at home that he was concerned about we understand that because we have old English bull dogs our selves
