The sales rep, Cally Kempenich, kept me up to date on the status of my new RAV4, which was much appreciated. When it arrived she did a good job explaining all the features, but it was a bit overwhelming - like drinking out of a fire hose. A 'get aquainted' sheet covering the often-used features, like cruise control and the dash cam, would help a lot. The manual has a lot of info in it and it's often difficult to find the nugget that I'm looking for.
Always a great experience with the service department and they are top tier. Only small issue I have ever had was my low tire pressure sensor was on and they couldn't just add air to clear the sensor. Otherwise they are always fast, efficient and super nice to deal with.
Kole Gifferson in sales and leasing was a pleasure to work with. Ron and I knew what we wanted and Kole accommodated us. He was helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. We ended up with just the car we were looking for.

Oh my gosh! I had to bring my Lexus there after my son's girlfriend, used my car , and and apparently slid into a ditch accidentally ( I totally get it ) while we were gone on a Cruise. My son went to a different service station and got the alignment, but when he returned it, every flashing light possible was flashing on the dashboard. We just bought a 2026 Tundra TRD Pro from Lake Country Toyota, and Kole Gifferson was so very helpful. Kole was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant, answered all of our many questions, and worked with us to get us the truck we wanted. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, it was also the most efficient car buying experience we've ever had as far as paperwork, licensing, titling, etc. We live over two hours away from Lake Country Toyota, but Kole's expertise and demeanor and the overall car-buying experience were well worth the drive!

We worked with Cally K. She was excellent! Our brand new Toyota was en route to Baxter back in April. During transit it was damaged in a hail storm. She called us immediately, was honest about the situation and stated Toyota would rebuild. She offered to try and find us an alternative vehicle to speed the process.
