the service department isn't like it was. It is not as friendly. And the person helping me said he rescheduled the recall appointment on my car for August 11th. When I called the call line to confirm the appointment because I did not receive an email notice or a text, I was told there was not appointment schedule. The person rescheduled me for the 25th. I did receive an email and text confirmation.
Cory is an excellent salesperson! Very responsive and knowledgeable and always takes great care of us. I have purchased multiple vehicles from him.

We had a very good experience with Lake Country Toyota. Beginning with meeting Cory Wellman on the sales staff. Cory, let us test drive a 2026 grand highlander max, after the test drive, we were sold on the grand highlander max. After a short waiting period of six weeks our new grand highlander max arrived at Lake Country Toyota. That is when we met the financing staff which got us a great finance rate. The entire new auto purchase process was definitely a five-star experience.
2 visits in July, 2 weeks apart and 5 hours of my life and more importantly over $1000 in parts/labor. Car still shakes and no car wash either time when I very politely asked for one on each visit. We bought new from you in 2023. How does a service dealership not address a request by a customer on 2 separate occasions while looking me straight in the eye and saying yes. Only dealt directly with Travon and he was excellent! I would highly recommend going to him for anyone looking for a car. Did not meet with or speak directly to the finance person but found it very curious that he (the finance person) didn’t know about or initially offer 5.99% financing Toyota was offering. Fortunately, I was aware of it and had Travon talk to the finance person about it so I was able to secure that rate.
I found a car through Cars.com and they made the deal work. We had great communication and they were awesome. Dan the sales manager made it happen and we drove 4 hours each way to get our Highlander.
I brought it in for an oil change and they fixed my fog light for me. I appreciate the care given to my vehicle and my safety by them!
Waited 2 hours for a check engine light. Finally went to the lot and saw my car sitting there so asked if my car was ready. Told the technician was just finishing his paperwork. Finally got my car after about 10 more minutes. No one talked to me about what the issue was or options as far as fixing it or leaving it. Very disappointed in the service. It shouldn't take 2 hours to do a diagnostic check that Riley's can do in 5 minutes.
Every time I have visited this dealership, the technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly, and the service has been prompt and completed as requested.
I just purchased a new 2026 RAV4 with the help of Travon Pederson, who was outstanding to work with. With his help I was able to get exactly what I wanted and he kept me well informed throughout the process. He was professional yet friendly, efficient yet flexible, knowledgeable and honest. I scheduled an oil change for my 2020 sienna on Monday. It was completed in a short time which was great. On the sheet where they check off a number of things that were checked everything was checked off as in good condition. My fog lights do not work so I know they did not check the lights that were checked off as good. So I wonder how many other things that they say they check are really checked.
Recall on my RAV4 Prime. Had come in before and part was not available. I returned was told it would take about 4 hours; and no they do not have a car for me to use. After 4+ hours I checked and they said another four hours. I requested a car and I drove it home, having to drive back the 60 miles the following day to return the car and pick up the RAV.

I pulled up to the closed door and it opened automatically. There were a few cars being taken care of, but that cleared quickly then an attendant came very promptly and addressed my problem. He was dressed appropriately and very courteous.

Free scheduled maintenance misses alignment at 10k, warranty on alignment runs out at 12k, scheduled maintenance at 15k finds vehicle need alignment… was supposed to receive call back but no follow up. After purchase of brand new vehicle, wipers were not performing, took in and was told we just needed to clean the windshield, that did not work, purchased new wipers 3 days after new and it was fixed… maybe cars are not what the were in the past? During the last oil change, my wife was told she had one free service remaining. When she called and made the appointment, she confirmed that this was her last covered one. Upon ending the oil change, she was charged because she was over the 25,999 mile mark. This is poor communication and bad customer service.

I brought my RAV4 in for preventive maintence, vehicle has nearly 100k miles on ot. The service dept provided me a quote, noyiced my fromt brakes needed replacement. Very low pressure and I was able to speed up the process by completing some of the process at home. I was in and out of the dealership with my new Sienna is about 40 mins. The sales rep, Cally Kempenich, kept me up to date on the status of my new RAV4, which was much appreciated. When it arrived she did a good job explaining all the features, but it was a bit overwhelming - like drinking out of a fire hose. A 'get aquainted' sheet covering the often-used features, like cruise control and the dash cam, would help a lot. The manual has a lot of info in it and it's often difficult to find the nugget that I'm looking for.

Always a great experience with the service department and they are top tier. Only small issue I have ever had was my low tire pressure sensor was on and they couldn't just add air to clear the sensor. Otherwise they are always fast, efficient and super nice to deal with.

Bought a new RAV4, car is great but buying experience not so good. Sales person rushed and didn’t want to answer our questions about features on the vehicle and told us to just read the manual. He also failed to explain or have us sign paperwork for registration and title so over a month later and we are still waiting for plates. On top of all that they charge a $300 out of state fee in addition to the several hundred dollar documentation fee. Double dipping in my opinion. My 10,000 miles service took about an hour and a half. That was a little bit longer than I had expected. I requested my car to be washed and it was not. And they also did not reset the service reminder on my dash.
My pickup had a rattle, I wasn't sure what it was, I took it in and they figured it out and fixed it.
It was a pleasure working with Cally! She was able to get me into the car I was looking for the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

I was in for an oil change/tire rotation 25,000 miles. My blower fan hasn't worked correctly since I bought it brand new so it was checked out. Determined filter was plugged and needed a new blower motor. I called 5/19/26 to see if the part was in after 2 weeks. It didn't get ordered so I go in next week to have it repaired. So I hope the repair goes well and it is covered under warranty. Nobody was able to tell my boyfriend if it would be or not.
Damaged my finish and took 3 hours for a 15 minute repair due to a problem with the previous car. I would have been fine if they bothered to advise me of the delay as they knew when I checked in, and when I asked how long it would take.

I brought my C-HR in while still under warranty because of transmission noise. C-HR has a transmission that is a failure. They knew that and told me nothing was wrong inspite of the noise. So now I have a failed transmission in a car no one wants and I had to buy a different car. They could have done better.
